Grilled Beef Kabob

Tasty Beef Kabob

  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Beef Bouillon powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 10 Wooden Skewer Soak in water for 2 hours
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Beef Sirloin cut into cube about half inch in size
  • (Optional) Onion, Green Pepper, Pine Apple cut into 1×1 inch pieces


  1. Dissolve Beef Bouillon in water. Mix in Minced Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper. Mix well. Soak beef cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for about 2 hours
  2. Skewer Beef Cubes. Alternate beef cube with Onion, Green Pepper and Pine Apple as desired
  3. Pour vegetable oil onto a plate. Roll each beef cube onto the plate to coat them evenly.
  4. PreHeat a grill for High Heat
  5. Grill the skewers. Turn frequently until the meat is cook to the desired level.
